Jay Engstrom, P.E.

Jay has been fortunate to call the Roaring Fork Valley his home for most of his life. Growing up in Redstone, CO, he has developed a love for the environment that he expresses through his work. Over the past 6 years he has worked on countless Residential and Commercial designs throughout the valley and its numerous jurisdictions. This experience allows him to understand what is necessary to meet requirements, while approaching them in a creative way to minimize the visual and environmental impacts, construction conflicts, and costs.
Prior to Civil Engineering, Jay had become experienced in construction working for his family’s business. This is vital in developing a design that encompasses all parts of a project into one.
Vince Tomczak, P.E.

Originally from Michigan, Vince has resided and worked in the Roaring Fork Valley for 5 years now. He has thrived in the pace and lifestyle of a mountain town, developing a passion for the mountains and the associated communities within the Valley. Throughout his time in the area, Vince has continuously worked as a project engineer on large residential and commercial projects while developing strong relationships with the associated municipalities in the Roaring fork Valley and beyond. His strong technical knowledge on a project provides a valuable insight from a conceptual level through final construction, keeping client costs and environmental concerns a top priority.
Vince is a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado and Utah with 8 years of Civil Engineering design, with a specialty in roadway, public transit, and drainage engineering. Lead design engineer experience ranges from large Department of Transportation projects around the county, to residential work in the mountains.
