Jay has been fortunate to call the Roaring Fork Valley his home for most of his life. Growing up in Redstone, CO, he has developed a love for the environment that he expresses through his work. Since 2013, he has worked on countless residential and commercial designs throughout the valley and its numerous jurisdictions. This experience allows him to understand what is necessary to meet requirements, while approaching them in a creative way to minimize the visual and environmental impacts, construction conflicts, and costs.

Prior to civil engineering, Jay fine-tuned his construction experience working for his family’s business. His integrated involvement in the construction aspect makes Jay a unique asset to his development design projects and allows him to encompass all parts of a project into one.

Originally from Michigan, Vince has resided and worked in the Roaring Fork Valley for 10 years now. He has thrived in the pace and lifestyle of a mountain town, developing a passion for the outdoors and the associated communities within the valley. Throughout his time in the area, Vince has continuously worked as a project engineer on large residential and commercial projects while developing strong relationships with the associated municipalities in the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond. His strong technical knowledge on a project provides valuable insight from a conceptual level through final construction, keeping client costs and environmental concerns a top priority.

Vince is a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado and Utah with 14 years of civil engineering design, specializing in roadway, public transit, wastewater treatment, and drainage engineering. His lead design engineer experience ranges from large Department of Transportation projects around the country to residential work in the mountains.

Wesley, born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley, has been working with Crystal River Civil since 2020. Over the course of multiple years of hands-on work training, he has learned the ins and outs of civil design. He has been involved with extensive projects ranging from luxury homes in Aspen to commercial development in Garfield County.

His previous experience in landscaping and property management helped him develop an in-field understanding of functionality and aesthetics, as well as an appreciation for high-quality work, business management, and client relations. Aside from work, Wesley spends his time enjoying the outdoors and the mountain community he calls home.
